ARPGs thrive off of loot for gamers to chase. Games like Diablo 3 focus on set things while some like Grim Dawn concentrate more on crafting and item modifiers. Path of Exile firmly drops in Grim Dawn's camp of being paramount to success, but that does not imply that Particular items do not serve a purpose. Certain Unique items can empower entire playstyles or assembles, though other Uniques are so terrible that they are a detriment to utilize rather than a boon. Bitterdream isn't a bad item alone. It's an excellent leveling Sceptre thanks to this 6 support jewels it grants items.Its problem comes when you finish leveling. It'd make sense to sell it, when you've got no other use with this particular item. The issue is currently selling this thing gives you six aid gems instead of Alchemy shards! It is worth almost nothing to buy POE currency vendors, and it happens players don't appreciate it.

Many stats exist in Path of Exile which are underwhelming or so are simply not great. The Iron Fortress takes those bad stats and puts them into a deceivingly very good item.
